Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, wholesale support, or order management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic retail math.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with internal departments to ensure order accuracy and timely shipping.
• Analyze daily reports to verify orders are allocated, shipped, and delivered per guidelines.
• Partner with planners to allocate customer sales orders as needed.
• Enter customer sales orders and key transactions in SAP AFS S/D daily.
• Act as a subject matter expert for order fulfillment and train teammates.
