Job summary

Fossil Group is seeking a Brand Coordinator to support the Armani Exchange line with hands-on sample management, reporting and visual merchandising. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence Monday through Thursday with optional remote work on Fridays, located in Richardson, TX.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising or a related field and experience in retail merchandising.

Qualifications

• Analytical, strategic and business skills including selling analysis, financial metrics and product/assortment planning.
• Experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support Armani Exchange business with core responsibilities in sample management, reporting, VM and operations.
• Coordinate sample logistics, movement and requests; prepare samples for meetings.
• Maintain VM guidelines, assets, fixture coordination and development; manage prop inventory.
• Support cross-functional timelines, product launches and merchandising documentation.
• Prepare meeting materials and recaps; assist in market execution activities.
