Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to join the Watch Product Design (PD) organization. You will be part of a PD EPM team responsible for technical project management and assisting engineering development within one Watch PD group.

The role requires a solid mechanical engineering background to drive day-to-day activities, manage development planning and validation cycles, and collaborate across design, engineering, and manufacturing. International travel is possible.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• BSME preferred.
• 2+ years product development or mechanical design experience.
• Strong knowledge of product development cycles.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical project management for Watch PD teams.
• Assist engineering development to meet program objectives.
• Drive day-to-day activities with the team to maintain schedules.
• Focus on system-level mechanical design, development planning and validation cycles.
