Job summary

Golden West Security is seeking a shift supervisor in Los Angeles to directly oversee field officers on a rotating schedule. You will apply security management fundamentals, initiate and track projects, and ensure clear communications with clients and staff.

You will supervise, train, and evaluate officers, document events, and respond to incidents with composure. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid Guard Card, and a California driver’s license; prior security experience strongly

Responsibilities

Understands the fundamentals of security management and possesses the project management skills to initiate and track security related projects, business continuity, customer service, and effective communications.
