We are currently seeking qualified Security Shift Supervisors for full-time and part-time positions at a prestigious College Campus in Oakland. The Security Shift Supervisors will be responsible for providing and ensuring a high level of quality control, compliance and professionalism with Officers and Incident Responders out in the field.

In addition, the Security Shift Supervisors oversee and sometimes perform the monitoring of all security, communications and fire/life safety systems and is the liaison between all direct security reports and the Account Manager. The Security Shift Supervisors are also responsible for training current and new hires to the highest standards to meet all protocols.

• Shift/s:Full-time Morning (Friday/Saturday) and Swing (Sunday/Monday).
• Hourly Rate: $31.00 per hour.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, Walk or Sit for Extended Periods: Ability to sit while driving a vehicle, stand or walk for long periods, often for several hours at a time, including traversing outdoor areas with uneven surfaces, without significant physical strain.
• Climb Stairs: Regularly climb stairs and navigate multi-level buildings to perform patrols and check all areas.
• Lift and Carry: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to move or secure equipment, and assist with other duties as necessary.
• Physical Endurance: Ability to withstand various weather conditions during outdoor patrols, including hot, cold, rainy, or windy weather.
• Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle and operate security equipment, such as radios, keys, and locks.

Equipment Handling
