Job summary

ClearBlu Environmental designs, sells, and installs industrial wastewater treatment systems for commercial and industrial operations including vehicle wash bays, meat processors, wineries, and food & beverage manufacturers.

You will own projects from early design through startup, sizing treatment trains, interpreting discharge requirements, writing proposals, and guiding customers through evaluation, commissioning, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years in industrial water or wastewater treatment.
• Experience sizing and specifying treatment equipment.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for process flow diagrams and layouts.
• Analytical, highly organized, and able to manage 8–12 opportunities.
• Comfortable in a plant environment and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Own project from early design through startup and commissioning.
• Characterize waste streams and design treatment trains.
• Interpret discharge requirements and ensure compliance.
• Write technical proposals and keep customers informed.
• Support customers and resolve issues with installed equipment.
• Run bench tests and pilots; create complete design packages.
• Attend trade shows and assist in events.
