Job summary

Stellar in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Process Wastewater Engineer to lead design and implementation of wastewater treatment solutions for diverse food and beverage facilities. You will work with product development, engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to deliver compliant, cost-effective systems including DAF, biological treatment, and sludge management.

Ideal candidates have a BS in a related field, 5–7 years in wastewater design and commissioning, and hands-on experience with AutoCAD,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in a related field and professional certifications are a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in wastewater systems, with food or beverage manufacturing exposure preferred.
• Experience in calibration, startup and commissioning of wastewater systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Development and design of wastewater systems for industrial food processing plants.
• Perform calculations and modeling for flow rates, equipment sizing, and chemical dosing.
• Preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and system narratives for controls integration and operation.
