SWD Inc. in Addison, Illinois seeks a Waste Treatment Operator for 2nd/3rd shifts to support our metal finishing and waste treatment operations. You will monitor the control panel, calibrate PH meters, manage tank levels, and maintain logs.

Starting pay is $18.75 for 2nd shift and $19.50 for 3rd shift, with weekend work possible. A Class K license or commitment to obtain one within a year, plus basic computer skills and the ability to lift 40 lbs, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong computer proficiency is preferred.
• At least one year of relevant experience is desirable.
• Possession or commitment to obtain a Class K license within one year.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operation control panel and ensure systems run correctly.
• Calibrate PH meters and maintain probes.
• Oversee tank levels and coordinate with metal finishing department.
• Document operations and maintain logs.
• Titrate process chemistry and prepare batches as needed.
