You will train under seasoned technicians and rotate through disciplines to build core technical skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical systems and equipment.
• Experience with routine inspections and maintenance schedules.
• Familiarity with hand tools and precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and maintain pumps, motors, and mechanical equipment at water treatment plants, pumping stations, and remote facilities.
• Work with experienced Operations & Maintenance Technicians across facilities to gain broad exposure.
• Contribute to meeting water quality, regulatory requirements, and environmental practices.
• Support daily plant operations and emergency response procedures while training.
