Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Wastewater Operator B requires Class B with ability to obtain Class A within 18 months.
• Wastewater Operator A requires Class A certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure treated water quality meets all State, Federal, and Water Department standards.
• Monitor flows and adjust pumping rates as needed.
• Conduct quality tests on water and prepare reports.
• Develop and monitor process control plans; train staff as needed.
• Maintain plant equipment, grounds, and security.
