Allworld Project Management (AWPM) is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Operator Specialist in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on applying wastewater treatment expertise to support and execute projects within utility and industrial markets.

Responsibilities include field sampling, lab testing, equipment calibration, and maintaining safety standards. The position reports to the Site Manager and requires local Memphis residency and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of field experience in wastewater environments.
• Strong communication and safety focus is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine water sampling and field tests to assess WTS performance.
• Calibrate field testing devices regularly to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain clean field test lab workspace and manage samples.
• Operate chemical injection skids and adjust rates based on readings.
• Communicate site needs to Site Manager and Engineers.
• Monitor systems and complete safety/operational forms.
