Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in water and wastewater treatment infrastructure projects.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Expertise in current engineering technologies, codes, and practices relevant to water/wastewater systems.
  • Self-starter with collaborative mindset and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of water/wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities and conveyance systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in permitting, treatability studies, process optimization, and system operations.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality for multiple projects.
  • Oversee and mentor engineering teams, coordinating with other disciplines as needed.

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering (master's degree a plus)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
