Job summary

J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. seeks a Construction Manager focused on wastewater treatment in the Coeur d’Alene area. You will guide construction delivery from design through startup, coordinating with clients, operators, and teams across multiple sites.

You will lead observers, review field data, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while driving project success in a collaborative, employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership, collaboration, communication, and consensus-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and lead project teams.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wastewater treatment facility construction and construction management.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction support services for regional wastewater treatment projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and lead for treatment plant construction observers.
• Coordinate with owners, operators, contractors, field observers, project managers, and engineering team members to support successful project delivery.
• Review field progress, testing information, construction documentation, pay quantities, as-built records, and record drawings to support quality and accountability.
• Support construction observers working on wastewater treatment projects and promote communication and technical quality across the team.
