J-U-B ENGINEERS, inc. is seeking a Construction Manager focused on wastewater treatment projects in the Coeur d'Alene, ID area. You will guide construction-phase delivery, coordinate with owners, operators, and engineers, and lead field observers to ensure quality and timely project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and lead project teams independently.
• Minimum 5 years of wastewater treatment facility construction/CM experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering; PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction support for regional wastewater projects.
• Serve as primary point of contact for construction observers.
• Coordinate among owners, operators, contractors, and engineering team members.
• Track issues, changes, and field documentation.
