J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. is seeking a Professional Engineer (P.E.) focused on water and wastewater treatment to join our Water Treatment Group in the Intermountain West.

The role offers flexible work arrangements and opportunities to collaborate across multiple offices on municipal and industrial projects. You will lead design teams, serve as a technical resource, coordinate with clients and regulators, and mentor junior staff while ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering; M.S. preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.
• 5+ years of water/wastewater treatment experience.
• Experience in planning, design, and analysis of treatment systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams in planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater projects.
• Serve as a technical resource across offices, supporting QA/QC and design excellence.
• Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams from conception through completion.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and technical delivery.
• Support business development and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
