Job summary

Clean Harbors, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Wastewater Technician to join a safety-focused team in Oregon.

You will perform waste pickups at customer facilities, assist with chemical bulking, and help ensure compliant packaging and labeling of waste streams. You will participate in spill response as needed, operate forklifts, inspect drums, and help with safe loading/unloading of waste hauling vehicles, plus sampling and profiling of waste streams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with Wastewater.
• Willingness to complete a background check, drug test, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Making waste pickups throughout a customer's facility.
• Conducting chemical bulking and consolidation.
• Packaging and labeling waste products to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.
• Participating in spill response on customer's site as needed.
• Operating forklifts.
• Inspecting drums for container integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Ensuring the safe loading and unloading of waste hauling vehicles.

RESPONSIBILITIES
