Job summary

Plateco is seeking a Water Treater Perfectionist for the 1st shift in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. You will treat and monitor wastewater from the plating process, and operate water treatment equipment to ensure proper treatment and safety.

We value detail, reliability, and adherence to procedures. This role offers growth opportunities as you collaborate with Production and Management to maintain compliance and a safe, efficient operation.

Responsibilities

Treat and monitor wastewater generated from the plating process.
Operate and monitor water treatment equipment and systems.
Follow established procedures for proper treatment and handling of process water.
Monitor chemical levels and treatment processes and make adjustments as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Perform routine inspections and identify potential issues before they become problems.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures.
Work closely with Production and Management to ensure proper water treatment and compliance.
Perform other duties as needed to support Plateco's operations.
