Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Wastewater Operator's license preferred but not required.
• Valid non-commercial vehicle operator's license.
• Knowledge of NPDES permit tests and process control tests.
• Experience with laboratory testing and sample handling.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, symbols and graphs.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety rules and procedures at all times.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
• Conduct lab tests and record results for compliance.
• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment systems and controls.
• Prepare reports and update SOPs.
• Coordinate maintenance with the team and supervisors.
