Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform maintenance and basic repairs across the facility in Tulsa, OK. The role runs on a 1st shift from 5:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.

You will handle electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, read blueprints, support daily work orders, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies. You must have your own tools and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 2 years of light industrial electrical experience required.
• 2 years of plumbing/sewer experience required.
• Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with all company policies.
• Must have their own tools.
• Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repair of building and grounds including carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Performs basic repairs including carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
• Provides facilities and maintenance labor and technical support to all areas of the site.
• Works with manufacturing and process engineering using blueprints or drawings.
• Supports facility/production daily scheduled and non-scheduled work orders.
• Concrete repair and polishing of manufacturing floors as required.
• Notifies supervisors about unsafe conditions or needs for repairs.
• Other duties as instructed by Supervisor.
