Qualifications

• Eight years of journey-level experience in the water and wastewater industry with supervisory experience.
• Apprenticeship or accredited training may substitute for two years of experience.
• Relevant education or substitution may apply per recognized programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance operations, including inspection, repair, servicing, and preventative maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with wastewater facility operations and CMMS work orders.
• Lead fabrication, modification, and installation based on technical drawings and specs.
• Perform diagnostics and corrective actions on process control systems.
• Manage resources: budgeting, procurement, inventory, and coordination with warehousing.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff with a strong emphasis on safety.
