Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department seeks an Operations and Maintenance Supervisor I to lead a team of O&M Technicians and safely operate wastewater treatment equipment at the Mount Lemmon Facility north of Tucson, AZ. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, data collection, and ensuring regulatory compliance across plants with large to small flows.

Qualificações

• Possess current ADEQ certification(s) required for the position at time of application and four years of experience in operation of an advanced wastewater facility.
• Relevant education/experience may be substituted as allowed; documentation must be in the application.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and performs duties of WW O&M Technicians and Utility Maintenance Workers at all levels.
• Directs process control, monitors facilities, troubleshoots and adjusts treatment processes.
• Plans and assigns work, reviews performance, and prepares management reports.
• Maintains data collection, prepares SCADA-related logs and reports, and analyzes data.
• Creates daily/weekly/monthly plant highlight reports and supports capital projects.
