Job summary

Agri Beef Co. in Jerome, Idaho is seeking a Wastewater Supervisor to lead the WW team under the Environmental Manager, ensuring compliant, efficient operation of a wastewater treatment facility and public drinking water system.

You will supervise daily operations, coordinate sample collection, oversee SCADA, and coach staff to maintain reliable, safe performance with opportunities for advancement in a family-owned plant.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Coursework, training, or experience in biology, chemistry, hydraulics, or mechanics required.
• Wastewater Treatment II and Drinking Water Distribution I licensing required. Candidates with over 10 years of relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sample collection and lab analysis per procedures.
• Coordinate data collection and interpretation to support operations.
• Provide clear communication and updates to staff and management.
• Monitor SCADA/HMI, review trends and alarms.
• Oversee maintenance of DW & WW facilities for uninterrupted operation.
• Safely operate and supervise support equipment as needed.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and calibration of systems.
• Coordinate small projects and other duties as assigned.
