Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering or business with related wastewater experience.
• 8+ years of wastewater utilities experience (or 6+ with Master’s) and 4+ years supervisory.
• Florida Driver’s License required at time of hire.
• APWA/AWWA/ICMA or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director in vision and department leadership; manage budgeting and reporting.
• Develop reports and agendas; communicate with County authorities and public.
• Lead staff, evaluate performance, and enforce policies.
• Build strategic partnerships and engage community in Public Utilities programs.
