Job summary

HDR in Madison is seeking a Wastewater Project Manager to lead municipal and industrial wastewater projects from planning through construction and startup. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and build strong client relationships with public and private sector clients.

Required are a PE license, a civil/environmental/chemical engineering degree, and 7+ years of related experience with 2+ years in PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher required.
• PE license recognized by licensing board for the location of position.
• 7+ years related experience including at least 2 years in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage municipal and industrial wastewater projects from planning through construction and startup.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across process, civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineering.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with public and private sector clients.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk throughout lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings, proposals, and business development activities.
