Job summary

ClearWater Solutions, LLC (CWS) seeks an Assistant Wastewater Project Manager to support operations at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. The role provides day-to-day leadership for a small crew and assists the Project Manager with budgeting, reporting, and compliance tasks.

The ideal candidate will have an active ADEM Grade III wastewater certification, experience in treatment plants and collection systems, and strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with the client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active ADEM Grade III wastewater certification.
• Experience in wastewater treatment plant and collection system operations.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Establish project goals and conduct weekly reviews with the Project Manager.
• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of wastewater facilities.
• Enter compliance data and assist with ADEM reporting.
• Prioritize work assignments and coordinate resources.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare reports for client and management.
• Coordinate scheduling and recurring project tasks.
• Assist with budgeting and personnel functions.
• Maintain professional relationships with client and agencies.
