ClearWater Solutions, LLC (CWS) is seeking an Assistant Wastewater Project Manager to support wastewater operations at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. The role includes administration, operation, and leadership of a small team on the project.

The position collaborates with the Project Manager on budgeting, reporting, and safety, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and client expectations. ADEM Grade III certification and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Active ADEM Grade III wastewater certification.
• Experience in wastewater treatment plant and collection system operations.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of the wastewater plant and collection systems.
• Coordinate scheduling and allocate personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare clear reports for the client and CWS management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and safety standards.
• Serve as the project safety coordinator and support safety programs.
• Assist with budgeting and expenditure monitoring for the project.
