Job summary

Tech Etch is seeking a Waste Treatment Manager in Plymouth, MA, to lead equipment, operations and controls of facility wastewater and process water systems. The role includes managing a team, ensuring OSHA and state requirements, and training personnel in safety practices.

The position is full-time with standard hours; travel is local. The candidate should have a wastewater license, supervisory experience, and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Chemical processing or equivalent experience/education.
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience (e.g. manufacturing engineering) or commensurate level of experience with related products.
• Training in general safety and quality system awareness.
• Supervisory/management experience.
• Project management experience.
• Security background desirable.
• Wastewater Grade 5C License or above, First Aid/CPR/AED certification, 24-hour HAZWOPER.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Wastewater Treatment operations and supervise WWT personnel.
• Plan, assign and direct work and Preventative Maintenance in the department.
• Prepare environmental and regulatory reports; ensure operation and safety of systems.
