Brown and Caldwell, Inc. seeks a Wastewater Area Practice Leader to drive the growth and performance of the Central Area (Colorado, Utah, Texas). You will lead strategic initiatives, align practice priorities with leadership, and direct technical delivery across wastewater topics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in increasing responsibility roles including technical, operational, or leadership.
• Experience in environmental consulting, engineering, construction and operations.
• Experience developing and executing growth strategies with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the strategic growth plan for the Practice within the Area with milestones.
• Provide technical leadership of the practice portfolio of projects and pursuits.
• Win new work as Sales Leader or Technical Seller to grow the Practice and Business Unit.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with coaching and accountability.
• Align practice priorities with regional and national leadership and client needs.
