Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial operations or maintenance experience.
• Experience managing water or wastewater facilities, mining, or similar plants.
• 5+ years in a Site Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with CMMS, environmental compliance, and contractor management.
• Knowledge of ASME, API, ISO standards.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Certs such as PMP or NEBOSH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site operations for the WTP and WCS.
• Oversee safety, environmental compliance, staffing, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate maintenance planning, scheduling, and look-ahead CMMS work orders.
• Ensure compliance with permits, OM&M plans, and site procedures.
• Provide technical leadership to improve reliability and performance.
• Interface with project team, contractors, and client representatives.
• Promote continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.
