Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Wastewater Operator II in Vancouver, WA. You will operate and maintain a wastewater treatment plant, diagnose issues, and perform corrective actions, ensuring safe, efficient operations.

You will contribute to preventive maintenance, sampling procedures, and reporting while coordinating with a collaborative team and adhering to safety policies. The role includes shift work and potential overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in operating water/wastewater treatment plants.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry into maintenance management system.
• Proficient in plant SCADA systems and software.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wastewater treatment plant equipment.
• Diagnose operational issues and perform corrective actions.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance and sampling procedures.
• Prepare reports and maintain shift logs.
