The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED (or related experience) and demonstrates the ability to follow HACCP, GMP, and other programs relevant to food safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one-year related experience.
• Willingness to follow safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily WWTP operations to maintain flow and diagnose issues.
• Monitor control panels and adjust valves to regulate flow.
• Maintain operation logs and record meter readings.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, HACCP, SSOP, SOP, GMP, SQF.
