Job summary

Veolia in North America seeks an experienced maintenance leader for a small to large wastewater operation with multiple plants and pumping stations. You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, manage a diverse team, and ensure safety, compliance, and efficient operations.

The role requires seven+ years in water/wastewater maintenance, hands-on skills with pumps, hydraulics, VFDs/PLC controls, and leadership experience guiding a focused team within a union or non-union

Qualifications

At least seven years in water/wastewater maintenance environments.
Experience with pumps, motors, hydraulics, electronics and VFDs/PLCs.
Lead or supervisory experience and safety training.

Responsibilities

Develops and manages maintenance strategies for plants and equipment.
Establishes maintenance schedules and ensures top operating condition.
Oversees safety, compliance, and training for the maintenance team.
Manages CMMS/Asset Management programs and work orders.
Coordinates with operations and vendors for cost control.
