Employment Solutions of New York, Inc. seeks an experienced Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager to lead our Wallingford, CT facility. You will act as Chief Operator, ensuring safe, compliant operations and optimal plant performance.

Responsibilities include 24/7 coverage, regulatory reporting, and driving efficiency, environmental initiatives, and cost reductions while supervising the operations team and coordinating contractors.

Competenze

5+ years of experience in wastewater treatment or related environmental/industrial operations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Wastewater Operator Level 3 certification required.
Connecticut Wastewater Operator Level 4 certification within 2 years.
Experience supervising teams and managing operations in a regulated environment.

Mansioni

Serve as Chief Operator ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal plant performance.
Ensure 24/7 operations coverage by managing staffing and support as needed.
Conduct root cause investigations and resolve operational, environmental, and safety issues.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately and on time.
Coordinate environmental projects, permits, and site activities with contractors and vendors.
