Central States Water Resources is seeking a Certified Operator to oversee operation, maintenance, and management of a wastewater treatment plant. You will monitor processes, conducts inspections, and perform maintenance to ensure compliance with environmental standards.

The role requires a valid wastewater operator certification, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver license. You will travel to local plants, assist with emergency responses, and work 24/7 shifts with safety protocols

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Wastewater Operator Certification is required.
• Valid Driver License is required.
• Familiarity with and ability to learn industry software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and monitor equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Conduct routine tests on chemical levels, water quality, and equipment.
• Monitor water quality to meet regulatory requirements.
• Perform routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance on treatment equipment.
• Enter plant operation and water quality data into SAMS for reports.
• Travel to assigned local plants and work 24/7 shifts.
