Job summary

WhiteWater, a Northeast water and wastewater services provider, seeks an Operator II, Wastewater in Boston, MA. You will operate and maintain assigned facilities and support the Lead Operator and Supervisor, with on-call night and weekend coverage as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years' wastewater experience, 4M Wastewater Operator license (or ability to obtain within 6 months), OSHA 10, DOT medical card, and a valid US driver's license; computer literacy

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in wastewater or related industry.
• Must possess a valid 4M Wastewater Operator License or obtain within 6 months.
• OSHA 10 General Industry Certification or ability to obtain during pre-employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned wastewater facilities.
• Support the Operations Lead Operator & Supervisor.
• Participate in on-call rotation with night and weekend coverage as needed.
