Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain wastewater treatment systems supporting plant operations and environmental compliance.

The role includes laboratory analyses, system adjustments, and maintaining records to ensure regulatory and corporate requirements are met. Strong mechanical and electrical basics preferred, with shift work and physical duties. Training and certification support provided.

Qualifications

• One or more years of wastewater experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication with team members and management.
• Basic organizational, mechanical, and electrical wiring skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect samples and perform analyses per EPA/state requirements.
• Interpret test results and adjust treatment systems to maintain compliance.
• Maintain operating logs and prepare monthly and regulatory reports.
