Nebraskaagconnection is seeking a Wastewater Operator for their Lincoln, NE team. This role involves tending pumps and equipment for wastewater decontamination, collecting samples, and diagnosing malfunctions.
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with relevant experience. The successful applicant will need to acquire Nebraska Class I Wastewater and Water Licenses within specified timelines. This position offers a dynamic work environment and a relocation package.
This position is responsible for tending the pumps and other equipment used to decontaminate wastewater (sewage). The operator collects samples, reads charts, flow meters and gauges to determine equipment malfunctions, and performs minor repairs on equipment.
May perform other duties as assigned.
