Qualifikationen

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide oversight of wastewater function in the plant.
• Maintain working relationship with state and local agencies as required for wastewater treatment.
• Perform tests as required to treat water properly.
• Train personnel in best practices for keeping water in compliance with city and state requirements.
• Responsible for the continued growth and development of all members of the department, ensuring back-ups for key positions.
• Keep accurate records and ensure documentation is in place and up to date.
• Submit required paperwork to local agencies monthly.
• Gather and submit water samples as required to comply with EPA regulations.
• Ensure safety rules and requirements are followed.
• Supervise cleaning and maintenance of wastewater.
• Participate in third party and regulatory audits.
