Bachoco USA is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance & Waste Water Supervisor for its Albertville, AL location. The role supervises maintenance staff, oversees preventive maintenance, and collaborates with contractors to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety programs, records, and recommended improvements to equipment and facilities to boost production performance. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site position requiring readiness to cover shifts as needed.

Competenze

• Education or experience as listed: certificate or short-term experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
