Bachoco USA is seeking a Shipping Supervisor-2nd Shift for our Albertville, AL location. The role reports to the Shipping Superintendent and is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing transportation related to production distribution, moving materials on site and to/from the warehouse.

Responsibilities include scheduling movements, handling inbound/outbound paperwork, warehouse oversight, and collaboration with Production, QA, and Accounting to resolve product movement issues.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Ability to read, interpret business material and write reports.
• Mathematical skills to calculate discounts, percentages, volume, etc.
• Reasoning skills to apply instructions and solve problems.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and email applications.

Mansioni

• Schedule and arrange movement of materials on-site.
• Handle paperwork for inbound and outbound loads.
• Transfer goods and materials in the system.
• Oversee operations at the off-site warehouse.
• Supervise movement of product on the production floor and packaging.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve movement issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in freezer and cooler.
• Monitor trailers and loading schedules; payroll time entries.
• Ensure safety and compliance with supervision.
