Havenpark Communities seeks a leader to drive wastewater projects from scope through closeout, ensuring on time and on budget delivery, coordinating regulatory permits, and maintaining documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Own wastewater projects from scope to closeout, on budget and schedule.
• Define scope, plan timelines, flag risks, and verify completion.
• Hold engineers and contractors accountable for quality, safety, schedule, and cost.
• Manage bids, contracts, change orders, and scope confirmations.
• Coordinate permits and approvals with state and local agencies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete documentation.
• Develop budgets, track costs, and report variances early.
• Support annual utility budget planning.
