The Glenbard Wastewater Authority in Glen Ellyn, IL is seeking a full-time Plant Instrument & Control Specialist to install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation and SCADA systems at the wastewater plant and remote facilities.

You will troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA software, participate in upgrades, and ensure compliance with environmental standards while supporting plant operations and safety initiatives.

Formación

• Associates degree or technical certificate in industrial automation or related field, and 2–5 years of experience with instrumentation and control systems.
• Experience with PLC programming and SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of calibration and maintenance of process instrumentation and control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, and calibrate instruments and SCADA systems at the wastewater plant.
• Ensure control loops, alarms, and data logging are operational.
• Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and repair PLCs and HMIs for process control.
