GBA seeks a Wastewater Collection & Treatment Group Lead to provide leadership across our wastewater treatment practice, supporting project delivery, technical excellence, team development, and strategic growth.

This role combines people leadership, operational oversight, technical guidance, and client relationship management. If you enjoy building teams, mentoring engineers, guiding complex projects, and shaping market growth, this role offers those opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Significant experience in wastewater treatment and municipal infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers and project managers.
• Strong understanding of strategic staffing and market growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support wastewater treatment teams across project delivery, staffing, and technical execution.
• Provide oversight for complex wastewater treatment and infrastructure projects.
• Support PMs and technical leaders in scope, schedule, quality, and client management.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff for career growth.
• Build relationships with municipal clients, utility leaders, and industry partners.
• Support business development including client engagement and proposals.
