Job summary

GBA seeks a Wastewater Collection & Treatment Group Lead to steer teams, guide complex projects, and drive growth across municipal infrastructure. You’ll mentor engineers, manage client relationships, and shape technical directions while ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence.

You will work across offices to harmonize practices, support staffing, and engage in strategic pursuits that expand GBA’s wastewater service presence and market impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required or strongly preferred.
• Significant experience in wastewater treatment and municipal projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor engineers and PMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support wastewater treatment teams across delivery and staffing.
• Provide oversight for complex wastewater and infrastructure projects.
• Support scope, schedule, quality, and client management with PMs.
• Mentor engineering staff and support career growth.
• Plan resources with market and operations leadership.
• Build relationships with municipal clients and industry partners.
• Contribute to business development and proposal efforts.
• Uphold engineering standards and delivery quality.
