Waste Resource Management is seeking a Service Technician to support field and yard tasks in the wastewater sector. The role focuses on washing, pressure cleaning, and site cleanup, requiring reliability and the ability to work independently while representing the company professionally.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and forklift certification if available. This on-site position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Able to stay focused and avoid distractions.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Knowledge of pneumatic pumps is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-pressure washing and thorough cleanup at job sites.
• Operate field equipment such as jetters, vac units, and Hotsy pressure washers.
• Assist in confined space entry tasks and site preparation.
• Operate and maintain plant processing and yard equipment efficiently.
• Drive company vehicles safely to and from job locations.
• Operate forklifts as needed (experience preferred).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment.
• Support vacuum truck operators with various tasks when needed.
• Participate in special projects and carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned
