The role emphasizes strong organization, attention to detail, and familiarity with mechanical/industrial equipment. Experience in wastewater is preferred but not required; office-based with occasional shop-floor visits.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of service coordination or repair order management experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Familiarity with wastewater systems, pumps, valves, or similar equipment is a plus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Epicor, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process repair orders from customers and internal teams.
• Schedule service technicians in-house and in the field based on priorities.
• Communicate repair status, estimates, approvals, and timelines to customers.
• Maintain repair documentation, service reports, work orders, and parts usage.
• Enter repair orders into ERP/service management systems accurately.
• Coordinate with Parts Department for parts availability and procurement.
• Track progress and escalate delays to meet deadlines.
• Support warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide admin support to Service Manager and generate performance reports.
