Qualifications

• Five years of wastewater project experience with at least three in a lead role.
• Washington Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within one year of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning, architecture, construction management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Performs wastewater planning and system analysis, including capacity evaluation and I&I mitigation.
• Manages complex wastewater projects and consultant services.
• Develops financial and cost information to support budgeting and capital planning.
• Reviews wastewater infrastructure and development plans for compliance with regulations and standards.
• Coordinates projects and communicates recommendations to stakeholders and the public.
• Manages hydraulic modeling services and evaluates modeling results to assess system performance.
