Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Wastewater Treatment Engineering Leader to spearhead municipal and industrial treatment projects in a growing practice. The role demands strategic project leadership, design excellence, and active client development to drive stretch targets and quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of water/wastewater consulting, a P.E. license, and a master’s degree with BCEE certification being a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of water/wastewater consulting experience.
• P.E. license required.
• Lead treatment planning, process design, modeling, and optimization.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables.
• Experience with BioWin, GPS-X, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of PFDs, P&IDs, treatment technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support business development, proposals, client relationships, and presentations.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
• Municipal and/or industrial treatment experience preferred.
• Master’s degree, BCEE certification and professional organization involvement are a plus.
