Wastewater Treatment Engineering Leader

A leading multidisciplinary engineering firm is seeking an experienced Wastewater Treatment Engineering Leader to lead municipal and industrial treatment projects and support continued practice growth.

• 10+ years of water/wastewater consulting experience
• P.E. license required
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Lead treatment planning, process design, modeling, and optimization
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables
• Experience with BioWin, GPS-X, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, or similar software
• Strong knowledge of PFDs, P&IDs, treatment technologies, and regulatory requirements
• Support business development, proposals, client relationships, and presentations
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams
• Municipal and/or industrial treatment experience preferred
• Master’s degree, BCEE certification, and professional organization involvement are a plus
