Job summary

ALCOSAN in Pittsburgh is looking for a Construction Supervisor to oversee engineering plans and specifications during project development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management and at least ten years of experience, including experience with wastewater treatment facilities.

You will be responsible for reviewing contract drawings, preparing cost estimates, and advising on construction projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Ten (10) years’ experience in design and construction of multi-disciplined engineering projects.
• One (1) year in the design and construction of wastewater treatment facilities.

Responsibilities

• Review construction contract drawings, schedules, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Visit construction sites and attend progress meetings.
• Prepare cost estimates and construction schedules.
• Advise Project Engineers and management.
• Prepare construction project status and cash flow reports.
